Glossary

Here's a few of the abbreviations I regularly use on my blog and their meanings. If there's anything else which you think needs to be added, let me know via the Contact form at the bottom of the page.

GBBD = Garden Bloggers' Blooms Day - a regular meme on the 15th of the month and hosted by Carol at May Dreams Gardens

GBDW = Garden Bloggers' Design Workshop - hosted by Gardening Gone Wild

GBMD = Garden Bloggers' Muse Day - another regular meme, this time on the first of the month and originally hosted by Carolyn Choi at Sweet Home and Garden Chicago

GNO = Girls' Night Out

NAH = Non-Allotmenteering Husband - might get renamed AH based on the amount of work he's done up there lately

NGS = National Gardens Scheme - aka 'Yellow Book'

NT = National Trust

OOTS = Out on the Streets - a look at public planting, hosted here!

RHS
= Royal Horticultural Society

SUP = Stitched Up Posse - my fellow tapestry needler friends from Bath

VPGGB = VP's Guide to Gardening Bargains

YAWA = You Ask, We Answer - my tongue in cheek spoof magazine, which has also spawned its own Dictionary
