Sprouted Seeds Fact Sheet
It's a relatively short post from me today as I'm away most of this week.
I'm planning quite a few downloadable fact sheets to supplement my weekly posts about salad. Here's my first on Sprouted Seeds - all squeezed into one page. You can use the zoom in button and sliders in the embedded page above to have a good look at the fact sheet to decide whether clicking on the link to download is for you.

There's also a Page dedicated to The 52 Week Salad Challenge, showing the story thus far, with lots of extras and showing how you can be involved. It's never too late to join in!
NB The next Salad Days when we share our posts on how we're all getting on is Friday, 23rd March. The link takes you to the ones we've had so far :)
Ooh what an interesting idea. Its a pity that we can't download it (though I can understand why you don't want to do that). Its very useful though. Where do you buy most of your seeds for sprouting from? Some of the more unusual ones (i talking oats here rather than alfalfa, which I would have though would be harder to come by but is sold everywhere!) don't seem to be available from the usual places!
ReplyDeleteHi Tonia - it is downloadable, but the pdf format means you can't alter it. If you want a version to edit for yourself and no-one else then email me at vegplotting@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteOops forgot to answer your question re seed sources. Most of mine have been storecupboard rather than supplied seed. Not sure where you could get oats from, Sussex Seeds have the widest range I've seen, so might be worth trying them.
ReplyDeleteLove the page and will definitely use it...thx!
ReplyDeleteDonna - that's great :)
