Be My Valentine?

A heart shaped potato for Valentine's Day

First thought: Perhaps only a gardener knows the value of a heart shaped potato for Valentine's Day 😉

Second thought: Crikey! I didn't know I was that wrinkly! 👀

Third thought: Reader, we ate it 😜

  2. Thanks for the smile on a miserable Saturday afternoon but how could you bring yourself to knowingly eat it? 😲😄

    1. Glad you enjoyed it Anna - it's a shocking day isn't it? We don't do much for Valentine's Day (apart from cards where we pretend we had nothing to do with them), so after a giggle about the potato's shape it seemed right to eat it ;)

  3. It is strage how many potatoes form into a heart shape

    1. Indeed, though this is the first we've found so close to Valentine's Day. It's been fun to put this post together :)

  4. Second thought - awful pictures when I focus on The Flower, and see my gardener's nails (which are not manicured for macro!)

    1. I don't usually take photos of my hand for the reason you've given, that's why it was a bit of a surprise! ;)
